Located at the DIFC Innovation Hub, the Dubai AI campus is the largest dedicated cluster of AI and advanced tech in the MENA region.  The DIFC offers subsidised AI licenses from just US$ 1,500 per year, with options for unto 4 visas!

The move complements the other initiatives by the DIFC, namely the newly-proposed enhancements in Prescribed Company regulations and the DIFC Digital Assets Law (first of it’s kind globally), offering legal certainty to investors and use of digital assets.

Short version:

• Well-subsidised license fee for upto 7 years*

• Zero incorporation and registration fees

• Waiver of the minimum share capital requirement of US$ 50,000

• Minimum co-working desk space at US$ 3,000 for the first year, and US$ 6,000 subsequently
