ADGM reduces fees

in most cases, and increases fees for regulated firms

The ADGM heralds in the new year with a welcome decrease in fees for non-regulated and retail firms, that form a bulk of their non-SPV registrations. Financial firms however, will have to sheel out more.

The changes are as below:

Non-financial firms

initial registration fees reduced from US$ 10k to US$ 5.5k, annual license fees reduced from US$ 8k to US$ 5k.

Retail Firms

initial registration fees reduced from US$ 6k to US$ 2.5k, annual license fees reduced from US$ 4k to US$ 2k.

Financial Firms

initial registration fees increased from US$ 15k to US$ 16.7k, annual license fees increased from US$ 13k to US$ 16.2k.

Tech Startups

Fees increased from US$ 1,000 to US$ 1,500 for both new registrations and renewals.
